Estatemates now offer an optional staging service when the house is put up for sale. Before the sale we will identify items that can be used for staging the home after the estate sale is complete. Clients can then clean carpets and flooring, and do light cleaning in kitchen and bathrooms to prepare for showing.
EstateMates will clear out unsold items for consignment or donation. Moving company will pick up furniture for consignment, and moving cost will be split between client and EstateMates.
Our Decor & Moore Staging Service will use some items to stage the home, with additional pieces provided by EstateMates, with a budget agreed upon by both parties. Once the house is under contract, EstateMates will remove the staged items.
Our Decor & Moore Staging Service service is designed to maximize the visual appeal of the home, at minimal cost. Outside landscaping and improvements are not included.
